Shipping cost & destinations:

• We ship Worldwide.
• We provide free shipping for local orders (SG).
• International shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. (Free shipping for orders above $100)

Shipping times:

• Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days and it will reach you in 1 to 3 working days (SG)
• For international orders, it will arrive in 6 to 9 working days for standard shipping.

Tracking of orders have never been easier.

• Once an order is processed, an email/text along with the tracking number will be sent out which can be used to track your orders via our respective courier partner websites.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via  Major Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.

 We offer a 30-days Exchange Policy for defective items & 7 days for incorrect items sent.

• For defective items, customers must drop us an email within 30 days of the warranty period. Customers will have to drop it off at our office or they can also send it back via registered mail (Items that are non-usable which are not caused by humans fault, for example, broken glass, cracks, failure to comply to manual instructions such as washing the USB port).

• For incorrect items sent, customers must drop us an email within 7 days upon receiving their parcel and all returns should be received by our return department within 7 working days from the stated date. All items must be unused in brand new condition including the packaging & everything that is included.
