Mango Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 fresh mangoes or 2 cups of frozen mango ( Cut into chunks)
  • 1 banana (peeled & frozen, cut into chunks) / can use unfrozen if using frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup milk, dairy or dairy-free
  • 1/2 cup yogurt, dairy or dairy-free

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add all the ingredients into the Vita Cup and blend until creamy & serve!
  • Top with a mint leaf & some chunks of mangoes.
