Strawberry Burst Shake
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 banana (peeled & frozen, cut into chunks)
- 3/4 cup almond milk unsweetened (or other non-dairy milk)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add the frozen strawberries, banana, almond milk, and date to the Vita cup. Blend 1 cycle, add ice and blend another cycle until smooth & serve!
